They had the best included breakfast we have seen yet. The gentleman keeping it clean and stocked was so onto his work, it is much appreciated.
Clean rooms but a little outdated. All the common areas were clean. They have a nice breakfast. Everyone we dealt with were very pleasant.
So happy I chose this hotel! Friendly staff, such a clean hotel, the breakfast was so good and their coffee was excellent. They have a coffee machine that grinds the fresh coffee beans then makes the cup of coffee, I thought that was awesome. This hotel has a pool that’s open from 5 am until 11 pm, but since we had a mini vacay going to a water adventure park in CT one day and then a water park the next in northern NJ, we were watered out haha . I would 100% recommend this hotel.
Loved our stay here. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is impeccably clean. The washroom in or room could use an update but it’s well maintained. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel with lots of options available. The hotel was fully booked but it wasn’t over crowded by any means and noise was non existent. Not sure if that’s solid construction or just quiet guests
I originally had a 2 night stay here and thought why drive home on a Friday night and I decided to add one more night stay in order to drive home in the daylight. I tried to add another day to my stay online but it wouldn't let me. So I made another reservation for Saturday night. The front staff was accommodating and let me stay in the same room for all three nights despite it being 2 different reservations. The room was very clean and comfortable and I got a great night's sleep all 3 nights! The breakfast was hot and kept full by the staff there. The lady who runs it on Saturday morning was so very friendly. The cleaning staff made sure I was stocked full with towels and cleaned the room every day when i was there. I was visiting 2 different set of friends for lunch while I stayed there and the great conditions and great staff made my trip so enjoyable that I want to come back and stay there again.

First time staying in this hotel while visiting West Point. While it is a much longer commute than the one in Fort Montgomery (30 minutes compared to 10 minutes), it is equally in a very peaceful and clean location. It also offers greater access to grocery stores and major-brand fast food restaurants (i.e. Taco Bell, McDonalds, Burger King) all within a 1/2 mile walk.
Wonderfully helpful staff, always greeting you. Rooms are clean and updated. Lots of restaurants and even a supermarket within a mile. 10/10 would stay here again.
